We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Mailroom Support. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Receive and sort incoming mail and packages
2. Distribute mail to appropriate recipients or departments
3. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment
4. Maintain mail and package logs and records
5. Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickup and delivery
6. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
7. Ensure mailroom area is organized and maintained
